heel pad fell apart
On my 2nd wearing of these boots, the heel pad started to come off and we can’t put it back on which leaves the heel unstable. I tried to return them at the store and was told after wearing they are non-returnable. Even if defective! I will never buy another pair of shoes n Nordstrom Rack.com for fear of them breaking and not getting my money back.

First time I wore these the heel came off. Ripped leather so can’t even have them repaired.
