Boulevard Cap Toe Derby (Men)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first pair of Allen Edmonds shoes. My decision to buy them was based primarily on the brand's reputation as a premier maker of quality dress shoes. Therefore my expectations were high. I chose the Boulevard cap toe style. They came in a box and wrapped in a cloth bag, which I still store them in along with cedar trees. I have worn them a few times to church now and so far they have met the expected standards of quality, appearance, durability and comfort. Like any leather, they feel a little stiff at first but gradually conform to the shape of your feet. I would consider buying another pair from the company.

Genuinely a wonderful shoe. I was kinda stressed when I first put them on because I thought they were too big, which is the opposite of how most people seem to feel about AE's at first - but after wearing them for The first few days, they really fit better than any shoe I've ever owned. No joke. This was my first pair of AE's, and they are my favorite shoes now. Daily driver for work. Color of the brown is also much prettier in person and with a couple wears in.
