Squeaking Noise While Walking

Squeaking noise while walking. Very annoying and embarassing. If I remove the insoles, it's gone. Can you fix it?

Nice colors and design

Love the navy. It works great with jeans and khakis if needed. Soles are well made. The leather is thick and may need a little break in period. Overall very pleased. I have a few other pairs and the quality has always been worth the pricing.
