THE NORDSTROM 2026 RACK NORDY CLUB MEMBER SWEEPSTAKES (THE "SWEEPSTAKES") BEGINS AT 12AM PACIFIC TIME ("PT") ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2026, AND ENDS AT 11:59PM PT ON OCTOBER 31, 2026, (THE "SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD"). FOR PURPOSES OF DETERMINING THE TIMELINESS OF AN IN-STORE ENTRY, SPONSOR'S POINT-OF-SALE SYSTEM AT THE APPLICABLE PARTICIPATING STORE WILL BE THE OFFICIAL TIME-KEEPING DEVICE. FOR PURPOSES OF DETERMINING THE TIMELINESS OF AN ONLINE ENTRY, SPONSOR'S APPLICABLE ONLINE TRANSACTION SYSTEM WILL BE THE OFFICIAL TIME-KEEPING DEVICE. FOR PURPOSES OF DETERMINING THE ENTRY PERIOD TO WHICH A MAIL-IN ENTRY IS ASSIGNED, THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE POSTMARK ON THE OUTER MAILING ENVELOPE WILL CONTROL, SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE RECEIPT DEADLINE SET FORTH BELOW.

ELIGIBILITY: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED THEREIN AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, ARE MEMBERS OF NORDSTROM'S NORDY CLUB PROGRAM ("NORDY CLUB"), AND ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AT TIME OF ENTRY (EACH AN "ENTRANT" OR COLLECTIVELY "ENTRANTS"). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. Joining The Nordy Club is free and may be done by visiting nordstrom.com/browse/nordy-club or going to a Nordstrom Rack store and signing up with a salesperson. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Nordstrom, Inc. d/b/a Nordstrom Rack ("Sponsor"), EventLink Group ("Administrator"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment and judging agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entities involved in the development, administration, promotion or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (spouses, children/dependents and their spouses, and in-laws), and people living in the same household with such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes Period begins at 12am PT on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm PT on October 31, 2026, and consists of two (2) Entry Periods (each an "Entry Period") as set forth in the Schedule below:

Entries are eligible only for the drawing corresponding to the Entry Period in which they are received or, in the case of a Mail-In Entry, to which they are assigned based on the applicable postmark date as provided below. Non-winning Entries from Entry Period 1 will not carry over into Entry Period 2.

HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) methods of entry available during the Sweepstakes Period, as described below. Regardless of method of entry, each eligible Entry will have an equal chance of winning in the applicable Entry Period drawing, subject to the Entry limits stated below.

IN-STORE ENTRY: During an applicable Entry Period, a Nordy Club member who makes an in-store purchase, return or exchange (each, a "Transaction") at a participating Nordstrom Rack store during the store's regular hours of operation and who, at the time of the Transaction, either completes the Transaction using a Nordstrom-branded credit or debit card linked to the Entrant's Nordy Club account or provides the phone number and/or email address associated with the Entrant's Nordy Club account to the cashier, will automatically receive one (1) Entry into the drawing for the applicable Entry Period. LIMIT: Five (5) In-Store Entries per person per Entry Period, subject to the overall limit of five (5) Entries per person per Entry Period and ten (10) Entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry or combination of methods of entry. All In-Store Entries must be completed during the applicable Entry Period.

ONLINE ENTRY: During an applicable Entry Period, a Nordy Club member who makes an online purchase at NordstromRack.com and who, at the time of the Transaction, is logged into their Nordstrom Rack shopping account, will automatically receive one (1) Entry into the drawing for the applicable Entry Period. LIMIT: Five (5) Online Transaction Entries per person per Entry Period, subject to the overall limit of five (5) Entries per person per Entry Period and ten (10) Entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry or combination of methods of entry. All Online Transaction Entries must be completed during the applicable Entry Period.

MAIL-IN ENTRY: Alternatively, an eligible Nordy Club member may enter the Sweepstakes without completing a Transaction. To enter by mail, hand print on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper the Entrant's first and last name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, and either the telephone number or email address associated with the Entrant's Nordy Club account. Place the completed entry in a properly stamped, hand-addressed envelope and mail it to: "NORDSTROM 2026 RACK NORDY CLUB MEMBER SWEEPSTAKES," c/o EventLink Group, PO Box 249, Spring Hill, TN 37174 (each, a "Mail-In Entry"). No metered mail will be accepted.

Each properly completed and timely received Mail-In Entry will constitute one (1) Entry into the drawing for the Entry Period corresponding to the USPS postmark date on the outer mailing envelope. To be eligible for Entry Period 1, a Mail-In Entry must be postmarked between September 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026, and received by October 6, 2026. To be eligible for Entry Period 2, a Mail-In Entry must be postmarked between October 1, 2026, and October 31, 2026, and received by November 6, 2026.

Limit one (1) Mail-In Entry per outer mailing envelope. An Entrant may submit up to five (5) Mail-In Entries per Entry Period, provided that each Mail-In Entry is mailed separately and the Entrant does not exceed the overall limit of five (5) Entries per person per Entry Period and ten (10) Entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry or combination of methods of entry. Illegible, incomplete, improperly submitted or untimely Mail-In Entries are void.

In-Store, Online and Mail-In entries are hereinafter referred to as "Entry" or "Entries."

LIMIT: THERE IS A LIMIT OF FIVE (5) ENTRIES PER PERSON PER ENTRY PERIOD AND TEN (10) ENTRIES PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY OR COMBINATION OF METHODS OF ENTRY. EACH ELIGIBLE ENTRY, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY, WILL BE TREATED EQUALLY AND WILL HAVE THE SAME CHANCE OF WINNING IN THE APPLICABLE ENTRY PERIOD DRAWING. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, an Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized Nordy Club account holder associated with the account credentials used or provided in connection with the Entry. For a Mail-In Entry, the Entrant must be the Nordy Club member whose name appears on the Mail-In Entry and whose Nordy Club account is associated with the telephone number or email address provided on the Mail-In Entry. A Potential Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and Nordy Club membership to the reasonable satisfaction of Administrator and Sponsor. No mechanical reproductions of entry forms permitted. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations or any other methods will void that participant's Entries, and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unreadable, misdirected or unintelligible Entries, which will be disqualified. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that appears to be fraudulent, incomplete, invalid or submitted in violation of these Official Rules. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and/or Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. Please also see the "Entrant's Personal Information" section below, of these Official Rules.

WINNER SELECTION: On or about each applicable draw date identified in the schedule above, Administrator will randomly select twenty-five (25) Potential Winners from among all eligible Entries assigned to the applicable Entry Period in accordance with these Official Rules, for a total of fifty (50) Potential Winners. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES. Entries assigned to one Entry Period will not be included in the drawing for the other Entry Period. Potential Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information associated with the Potential Winner's Nordy Club account or otherwise provided at the time of Entry, in order to be verified as eligible and confirmed as a winner (the "Notification"). Potential Winners will be required to respond to the Notification within forty-eight (48) hours. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service which may result in a Potential Winner not receiving the Notification. A Potential Winner may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability and, except where prohibited, a publicity release, or such other eligibility verification as Administrator reasonably requires, within five (5) business days after the request is made. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time allotted, fails to timely provide any required verification or documentation, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and Administrator will select an alternate Potential Winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible Entries for the applicable Entry Period. Administrator may continue to select alternate Potential Winners as necessary to award the applicable prize, subject to a sufficient number of eligible Entries. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, any Potential Winner will be declared an official Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Prize Winner"). Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

PRIZE/ODDS: Twenty-five (25) Prize Winners will be selected for Entry Period 1 and twenty-five (25) Prize Winners will be selected for Entry Period 2, for a total of fifty (50) Prize Winners. Each Prize Winner will receive one (1) one-hundred dollar ($100) digital Nordstrom promotional card. The promotional card is issued as a Sweepstakes prize and is not a pre-paid gift card. Promotional cards will expire thirty (30) days after issuance to the applicable Prize Winner, except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and are subject to the terms and conditions stated on or provided with the promotional card. The promotional card will be emailed by default to the email address associated with the Prize Winner's Nordy Club account, or if no email is linked to the Nordy Club account, to the email address provided by Prize Winner at the time of Notification.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $100.00.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prizes for each Entry Period: $2,500.00.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes: $5,000.00.

Odds of winning in each Entry Period depend on the number of eligible Entries assigned to that Entry Period. Each eligible Entry has an equal chance of winning regardless of method of entry.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All elements of the prizes are subject to availability. Prizes (including their individual components) may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize (or any portion thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). Prize Winners may be required to provide Administrator with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor and/or Administrator will issue any required tax reporting forms in accordance with applicable law.

Promotional cards are subject to, and must be used in compliance with, the terms and conditions set forth on the respective promotional card. Prize Winner must protect the promotional card and treat the card as they would any other valuable document. Promotional card will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without the Prize Winner's permission and will be voided if altered or defaced. Promotional cards are not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and/or Administrator to use the Prize Winner's name, hometown, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for Sweepstakes, advertising, promotional and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional compensation, prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review.

RELEASE: By participating (a) Entrants agree to release Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, limited liability companies, suppliers, distributors, advertising/Sweepstakes agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors and agents (collectively the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize; (b) Entrants agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize(s) (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes; and (c) Entrants acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, the prize quality or availability.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing of Sweepstakes materials, the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of a Prize Winner, including any such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Administrator and/or Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly select the Prize Winners from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event Sponsor or Administrator is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or by other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event), Sponsor and/or Administrator shall have the right, in its discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor or Administrator elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right to award the prizes from among all eligible Entries received up to the date of such Force Majeure event. Sponsor and Administrator also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties, or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to any Entrant. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at eventlinkgroup.com/rules. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state and federal courts located within King County, Washington; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event shall include attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rule that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

WINNERS' NAMES: The names of the Prize Winners will be available after December 31, 2026, and may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt, no later than January 31, 2027, to: Winners’ Names, NORDSTROM 2026 RACK NORDY CLUB MEMBER SWEEPSTAKES, c/o EventLink Group, 150 N. ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that Sponsor and Administrator may use any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, located at nordstrom.com/browse/customer-service/policy/privacy and Administrator's Privacy Policy, located at eventlinkgroup.com/privacy-policy/.
