Substandard Packaging
The Baylor Oxford is a beautiful, well-made shoe, and the quality of the leather and craftsmanship meet my expectations for Allen Edmonds. My only disappointment was the packaging. For a premium shoe, the presentation was surprisingly poor, with very little protection during shipping. While the shoes arrived in new condition with minimal creasing, the packaging did not reflect the quality or reputation of the brand and could easily lead to pressure marks or cosmetic issues in transit. I hope Nordstrom Rack improves the packaging for high-end footwear so the customer experience better matches the quality of the product.
