Way, way small
I have several Allen Edmonds dress shoes in 9.5, and all fit well. I ordered this one in 9.5, and it was so small I couldn't get it on my foot! I'll just return it to my local Nordstrom Rack and try a 10.5 and hope that works. Love Allen Edmonds, but this particular shoe is just WAY small.
