Run big, and stretch out quickly
They run big in all dimensions. I have a 35" waist on the tape measure and the 33" size fits fine coming out of the wash, but loosens up quickly where I definitely need a belt to keep them from sagging. The length is REALLY long for a 32" as well. But I was looking for pants that weren't jeans and weren't dressy, and these are that. The material blend is soft and looks nicely worn in with no shine on the fabric. Get these at the rack - they are not worth paying full retail price for.

Good style but runs very large
I always wear 33x32 bottoms. I have many AG pants with different styles and this size is always my go to. For this one, I got a 32x32 and it still runs large. The waist is okay but the length is too much. Returning these

Great chinos with just a bit of stretch
Smooth and comfortable chinos with an excellent color quality to them. I have the light grey, light khaki, dark grey and dark blue. These seemed to actually increase by a size AFTER washing them in cold water, gentle cycle.
