Not tall enough for Nordstrom
I purchased 2 pair of these jeans. 32x32 because Nordstrom does not sell them in a 30 length. I am 5'10" --- not exactly "short". So I have to be inconvenienced by having to wait for them to be altered - shortened by an inch or two. First I was told to take them home and wash/dry them before bringing them back to the store (Fashion Place in SLC, UT) to be hemmed. I did that. Once they were "pinned" by the tailor I was THEN told the new hems would cost me $24 each pair of pants. These are $240+ jeans (each). I paid full retail price - not on sale. And now an additional 10% for hemming because Nordstrom does not stock them in a 30 inch length? Nope - so I asked for refund which I received. How do they get off charging some men $248 if they happen to fit a 32" length, and charging others an additional 10% for hemming if they happen to be less than 6 feet tall? Well --- they don't. At least not for me. And I won't be back for more, obviously. Nordstrom: hemming should be FREE if you are not willing to offer the product in the sizes clients need. You should not force some to pay more than others because you're unwilling to carry a broader inventory. Either way - alterations - especially hemming - should be free.

Everybody needs a pair of AG’s.
The experience was remarkable. I’ve purchased AG’s before and have always been pleased with them. The fabric just seems to be getting better with every pair !
