A basic to elevate your outfits
This is such a cute basic. The twisted straps add a little bit of excitement and the cinched sides make it fitted without feeling tight or uncomfortable. There is a second layer underneath almost like a shelf bra for the chest area, but without any elastic underneath - probably to make it a little more structured.

Cheap Fabric
Fabric is thin with a second layer slip that is shorter than the shirt. The shirt is short overall with gathering on the sides and the second layer comes up above the belly button. Top also doesn’t twist like the picture and is more of an off the shoulder top.
