Zipper broke
I love this bag - it fits so much and has great structure to it. However, I only had it for a week when the zipper completely broke off... costing me half the price of this bag to fix it. If it didn't break my rating would be 5+ stars

Love it so much!
So far so good with this lovely bag. It’s the perfect work tote with plenty of room and I love the interior AND top zipper. I read one review that their zipper broke and I’m hoping mine is ok cuz the bag perfect in every other way.
