Donna Medium Satchel

I am absolutely furious with this purchase! ​My bag arrived not even in a box, and without any stuffing to hold its shape, it's completely flattened and creased. To make matters worse, there is a large, unsightly white stain on it, looking as if someone spilled milk all over it. ​Selling items on sale does not excuse shipping damaged and utterly neglected goods. This is completely unacceptable. ​I will never shop at Nordstrom Rack ever again!

Outstanding leather great Craftsman shift even better price the color was better in person than the picture just wish it had canvas bag that normally comes with it besides that the bag is perfect

The handles stay upright difficult to wear if you use the strap. The strap came missing.

The bag was carelessly tossed in a plastic bag. Apparently a return but still in usable condition. It had fine leather and looks to be beautifully made. A shame, though, that Nordstrom has lost all the respect they once had for their customers.

Just like the previous reviewer stated, my bag was also shipped haphazardly without a box and nothing to protect it from being vulnerable to damage. It arrived with a visible damage right in the front. Completely unacceptable.

Totally misleading and no return. It’s NOT WORTH IT. Definitely not leather. Also, first it said from $350, and now they raised the alleged original price: the Nordstrom Rack is not what it used to be: Many things are such poor quality. It’s a mistake to buy online if it’s not returnable
