Ciella Floral Cotton Maxi Dress

I saw this dress in yellow at Nordstroms and fell in love with the light, airy material. Unfortunately it was in a color I never wear. I'm tall and blonde and yellow makes me feel like a walking banana lol. I saw the black, midnight option online and ordered it for pick up. I never tried on the yellow none in the store because I was not aware that it came in different colors. I had it shipped to my nearest store and picked it up within a few days. I tried it on before leaving the store to make sure it fit. I am 5'11 and It was a little shorter than I expected but not enough to not keep it. I am a C/D cup and was worried that the top would be too revealing but is was not. I am able to wear a little bralette underneath with thin straps and hide it under the dress. There is a light black, gauze, short slip to keep if from being too sheer. It is a little too shear on top for me to wear it without a bra. The straps are incredibly light and thin and I am nervous that they may not hold up well over time but would be easy to fix if they come undone. This dress is so light and airy and is my favorite thing to wear in this 100 degree plus CA weather we are having. I am a medium but always go up to a large in FP dresses for length and bust size.
