Back Bow Packable Hooded Raincoat

I wore a white blouse under my raincoat and it stained it in all the places it rubbed against. Put it in the washer, and hung it up to dry. The white enamel on the washer was stained by the drips. Used clorox and it still didn’t disappear entirely. It looks and fits great. Didn’t expect cheap material to stain my clothes.

Material is super thin and NOT WATERPROOF. Only good if it’s just sprinkling. Also shoulder area feels pretty narrow.

Wanted to like this, but the quality is poor. I’ve had two, thinking the first was a fluke. The zipper broke on my first one and the pockets got holes in them over time (I had for roughly two years). On the second one, a button popped off shortly after purchasing and the zipper constantly gets stuck too.

True to size. I bought a size medium. I am 5’0, 130lbs. Bottom of the coat hits my knees which is fine. It’s not bulky. I just hope it repels rain as it is intended for.

Inferior rubberized raincoat … not what I expected from Cole Hahn

The color of the jacket I got is completely different as it was on the website . It’s thin, only 1 layer. Feel Internet tricked me.

I had high hopes for this jacket because I owned a previous version and I loved it. I wore it consistently for 3 years and always traveled with it until the zipper broke. I bought this jacket as a replacement and was extremely disappointed to find it is not waterproof. I got caught in a rain shower on my commute and the rain soaked through the hood and entire jacket, leaving me drenched by the time I got to work. I did not expect such poor quality from Cole Haan and I wish I had tested the jacket before the return window expired.

Terrible experience, it said “raincoat” but is not even waterproof, water comes through the fabric

Jacket fits great on top runs wide at bottom unlike on model. Also the gunmetal pictured has purple tones and great sheen, while the actual coat was blue gray with no sheen and the label said “gum”. Not sure if they just send what they have (the color I got is not one of the choices). Strange but typical for online ordering these days. Also the travel bag is sewn to sleeve so you have to cut it off. Might return.

First time buying CH clothing and not disappointed. The quality is high and weak made. This could be perfect for transitions to spring and autumn. Even though it is not lined, it offers good coverage. Beautiful color and elegant but modern wear.

I had this in another color that I purchased from Nordstrom some years ago. I love it because it can be packed into a tiny package for traveling. It is perfect for travel, but THIS exact same style/coat has an incredibly WONKY fit. The diameter of the sleeves is so tiny. You literally can barely get your arms through the sleeves. I am returning it but ordering a size up to see if it fits better. I must say, though, that I am becoming increasingly reluctant to buy from Nordstrom Rack online, as the return shipping costs are ridiculous. I am a long-time Nordstrom customer—1986! I no longer live near Nordstrom Rack and feel that Nordstrom's customer service is no longer what it used to be, given the return fees for a long-time customer using my Nordstrom Card.

Beautiful teal color (called “pine”) has a nice sheen. Jacket unlined and is water-resistant, not water-proof, which is a shame since description didn’t say. Hood barely covers forehead. Finally shoulder area of XS (I’m 5’2, 105#, 32A) is snug and I could put it on but likely no sweaters underneath.
