water resistant, not waterproof

This is a lovely raincoat and very suitable for dressier use. If I had known that it was not waterproof I might not have bought it, so it would have been nice to see it in the description. However, with an umbrella, and for fancier occasions only, it will serve very well and was extremely reduced in price.
