Recycled Polyester Rain Coat

I wanted so much to love this jacket. It’s beautiful, high-quality feeling material, but absolutely ginormous! Like a previous reviewer said, the small fits like an XL. I considered exchanging for the XS to see if that would work, but I ultimately feel it would still be too big. The triangular tent-like cut probably works better on a very tall person, but at 5’6” it completely overwhelms my frame making it unflattering. It gives Morton Salt girl vibes.

The black on this jacket looks blue based so it pulls green/blue from a distance. Yes. It is oversized but that’s obvious from the photo and it was the vibe I wanted. I’m not sure why I thought there was a zipper and snaps but it’s just buttons so it would be a little frustrating unbuttoning and buttoning when I walk in and out of buildings. For sure, the hood will blow off if there’s a little wind.

Great quality, perfectly oversized, trench style buttons and good weight and quality. Feels like a $150 ran coat. Bought for Scotland and fits the vibes perfectly

I spotted this slight A-line raincoat at the store, blk/wht check is much better looking in person. Is very chic w/hood, lined in blk, two front pockets , button up front, vent in the back so no unsightly hugging at the wrong places. It hangs nicely, halfway down upper legs. Normally wear med, none left; the large was ginormous. So ordered the med, could hv gone with a small if available. I am tall, trim, and like my coats a bit roomy but not sloppy looking. I also tried on small in the brown/blk check, is more demure looking. The small fit but was a little short on me, slightly snug around the chest (36C) area so will keep the one i have. Sleeves are long/wide, plenty of room for a thick sweater, are cute rolled up. Is a med weight rain coat, great quality; the hood has no fastener. I hv been hankering after a stylish raincoat for awhile and was thrilled to find this. Is the perfect city raincoat that oozes Parisian vibes as mentioned in another comment.

I typically wear a small. This was labeled small but fit like an extra large; sleeves covered by hands, super wide through the body, just ginormous. Never seen anything like it.
