It appears these shoes were removed directly from a store shelf and shipped in a plastic mailer rather than a proper box. As a result, the shoes rubbed against each other during transit, causing visible damage to the leather. This level of handling and packaging is unacceptable for a retailer of Nordstrom Rack’s reputation. Due to this experience and the lack of effective customer service, I will not be ordering shoes—or any other products—from Nordstrom Rack again.

I was really looking forward to getting these and didn’t mind splurging because I’ve bought lots of Born shoes, but these are a bit too chunky for me. They also have a round toe which I don’t really like. I’m sure they’re great quality, I just wasn’t crazy about the style. If I’m going to spend this much, I want to love them.

I guess it’s been a while since I’ve worn a heel that’s 2 1/2 inches. These boots are gorgeous and I love them, but if the heel was a little smaller, maybe one and three-quarter inch to 2 inches I would’ve kept them. I just didn’t feel steady walking in them and couldn’t see myself wearing them all day long.

Wow--these boots are beautiful! The brown is so perfect and it a bit darker at the tip which I love. They fit perfectly on me, probably almost/not quite a half size larger than how 8.5 usually feels on me. I love tighter fitting boots, esp around the ankle, and these fit the bill. They are so comfy and the heel is not too tall or uncomfortable at all. Highly recommend! Worth every penny!
