The bag I received did not look like the photos in the listing. The product images show an animal print lining, but I received a completely different version - the photo shows what I ordered vs what I got. Nordstrom was quick to offer a return, which I appreciated, but the process was frustrating—20 minutes on hold, then having to print a FedEx label, drive to drop it off, and now wait 10–14 days for a refund…. Because the bad looks nothing like the listing. Disappointing overall.

Great Bag lining not so great
I own this bag in black. I love it but I am not crazy about the lining. It makes the bags look cheap. Also the size zippers get caught on the lining.
