They got a hold of my email upon purchase with a promise of discount, then cancelled the discount but kept my email and have been sending me junk mail every day since. I tried to opt out 3 times and they still keep sending me spam mail. Now the mails they send me say "unable to opt out of service messages". Most rude and annoying thing you can do to a customer who just bought some things at your store. Please leave me alone.

First fell for the color: Dark taupe brown, not too warm not too cool. Works with my anniversary brown purchases and it just right for what I wanted . Price was really good and like the tassel. Large enough to hold essentials, small enough to not be too heavy. Also has a strap for shoulder. The color just works!
