no good quality

This is the worst item I have ever spent my money on. I only wore this shoes one and it is already felt apart.

Different sizes in a pair of shoes.

Hi! I am very satisfied with the purchase and service... but I got a pair of shoes in different sizes, one size 13, and the other size 12 (I'm sending you a photo of the shoes). The problem is that I live in Europe and receive purchases through an intermediary carrier company located in the United States at the address indicated on your website. A refund for a replacement shoe size from Europe may cost me $40-50. What can you advise in this situation? Thank you in advance, I hope for your help! Sincerely, David.
