They felt very flimsy from the beginning, and after only a week of wear (no intense activity; only walking around in the office), the fabric ripped. And I can not return/exchange them because Nordstrom's policy is not to take back used shoes so the money went down the drain. Stay away from these shoes.

I have bought several pairs of Nordstrom's shoes before in sizes 10.5 and 11. And these shoes are very clearly mislabeled. The sticker says 10.5 but the shoes are larger than my size 11 shoes of the same Nordstrom brands. They are either 11.5 or 12 in reality. I saw in the reviews that others had the same complaint. The shoes are nice and I would keep them if they were actually labeled correct. And I bought two pairs in two different colors at 10.5 and they both had the same issue. I don't think you can try buy a size or two down, because those sizes might be labeled correctly. It's a real shame because the shoes are nice and now I have to pay $10 to return them.
