Got a very used pair in a bag (No box)

Bought these online, the shoe is of great quality, but unfortunately they sent me a used pair (used several times) in a bag which should have been a red flag to whoever packed it and shipped it to me. This is the first time this has happened to me from the Rack but the person who shipped it really did not care, the shoes have been clearly worn and walked on several times. If it helps, they run about half a size long. But these are going back to my local store. I am posting this to hopefully bring it to light to people at Nordstrom.
