Blackford Street Hands-Free Slip-On Sneaker

For the 2nd time in a row, I received the black Edison Street model instead of what I ordered (Blackford). This is very discouraging and inconvenient. I reported the mistake immediately to Customer Service, and indicated that the only way that I will reorder, again, is that you would ship to store so that someone at the store level can tell me that the product received is correct. I will then travel to the store and return the incorrect pair at the same time I pickup the the correct pair. I am still awaiting a response to that request.
