I purchased these in a 29”. I usually wear a 28” or 29”. I could not get these over my hips. I also did not realize these were an updated Painters pant with the side hoops - not the look I wanted.

The dark color was fantastic but at my usual size 29 ; I couldn’t get this above my hips. Definitely not for a curvy woman. I’m 5’4…140. So go up a size!
