Jovanna Stripe Cotton Blend Shift Dress

First of all this dress runs large and the arms are huge and hit at an odd length that isn't flattering. And at only 5'1, its too short! But my main issue is that it buckles in the back because of the seam going up the middle. If it weren't for that I could live with it and hope it would soften when washed but good grief TB, you've had some major disappointments for me and my friends for 10 years now.
