Frankie Wedge Platform Sandal

I bought these sandals for my upcoming vacation because they felt very comfortable at the store. I wore them on my first day of vacation for two hours, and I couldn’t wear any shoes for the rest of my vacation. The sandals had scraped my skin on both feet right where it goes cris cross. I wore flip flops for the remainder of my vacation and endured so much pain. After I came back I took them back to store with receipt for a return and I explained to them and showed the manager my scars that were still healing. They refused to take them back and said they won’t be able to resell them. I told them that the shoes have fundamental problems and should be removed from the shelves. Very unhappy with the shoes and Nordstrom customer service. They should take responsibility of the quality of the merchandise. This not acceptable!
