Nordstrom sent a stained item
I really wanted to love this item, but Nordstrom sent a pair of boots that had the fleece stained with some black ink. Both of the boots were stained. I called them to see what they could do and the only two options they gave me were to go in person to the Nordstrom rack (I don’t have a car) or wait about ~2 weeks to ship it back and get a new pair (I need them right now as it is very cold). Honestly, for a company like Nordstrom I think this was poor customer service in their part.

Great boots, but damaged
These are comfortable true to size and warm- however they came stained. The white fleece part has black stains on both shoes. They look dirty. I can’t tell if they’re defective or if the laces or boot fabric releases pigment and stained the shoes.

I snagged one for myself and one for my granddaughter for the next holiday. I am a 10.5 and these size 10s are perfect. I don't bother with socks, but a thin pair would work. The sea salt on black makes the ribbon ties pop. I think this was the resort style...great for snow and ice, and cozy! Love!
