Received wrong bag
The bag I received is not the one I ordered. The one I ordered is 6.5"H x 9"W x 3"D, and according to the picture has two optional straps (one looks like a cross-body) and a long leather zipper pull. The coin-size purse I received is barely 5"H x 7.25"W x 1.5"D and appears to be the "Drifter SLG Convertible Wristlet" priced at $99, not the $199 I paid. My cell phone wouldn't even fit in it without a struggle. The leather also feels cheap. The other side of the tag also has at least three return stickers on it, meaning the item has already been sold and returned at least three times. No surprise there.

Great handbag but much smaller than expected
Very stylish handbag and very high quality and good value. Like the zipper closure however the smaller opening makes it difficult to see/access contents. Overall quite pleased with this product.

So everything was going great loved the size loved the color and the extra wide strap then one day the lock on the side just flew off I was bummed out about that .

Disappointed
I order this item small drifter convertible shoulder bag. I did not get what I order. Instead, I got a smaller wallet bag which did not match the price I paid for my original order. I was really looking forward to the original item I had ordered. I was disappointed, I did not get what I wanted:(

Small enough to be cute and large enough to hold to iPhones, car keys small wallet, readers and lipgloss. Elegant- a little difficult to pull things out due to zipper shape.
Took two stars off because I received. Wrong long strap with purse with mismatching hardware and broken buckle.

Looks great, Zipper to small to use!
Really liked the size, double straps and quality; however the top zipper is to small to use. The zipper doesn't go across the whole top, so even my sunglasses case won't fit into the bag! It would also be hard to see or find things in this bag as top access is so restricted. Bag is going back!
