Meh in person

Love the idea of this dress. In person, it looks cheaper and falls flat. The skirt has no texture or shape, it falls straight. The velvet top doesn’t fall on my waist line (5’4” 135 lbs) it falls about an inch short, making it boxy looking. The collar of the velvet top is for a taller or bigger person. Wanted to like it but will return.
