Comically high waist
I’m normally a 6. The Large fit with some room but the waist was way too high. Quality seems OK. They seem a bit thin for the snow.

These are great, but…
These are made very well, they’re very cute, thin but feel warm, great style, BUT they’re waaayyy too high waisted for me. I’m 5ft 4 inches, 115lbs … the waist sits about 2 inches from the bottom of my bra, maybe even less! The xs fits my legs and bottom better, but small fits my waist better— though it’s not really at my waist (i usually wear a xs, or 26 w). I wish they would make these in mid-rise, at least 2-3 inches lower!

Too Small
These are very nice pants, but plan on ordering at least one size up. They are tiny. They stretch a bit, but not enough. The length is nice for me with 33 inch inseam.

great for snow
I ordered a size up, normal size medium they were too tight around my waist so I bought a large just a little room for another under layer if I needed another layer. They are great wore the all white snow pants on Mt rainier day after Christmas stayed dry while sledding with my kids, I bought these in all black as well same size large. The high waist is great for warmth & keeping snow out of your pants especially when a snowball fight is going down. Happy with my purchase.

stretch helps
I like it. If you wear it for skiing or snow board high waist really help, possibly less than 2 inches shorter on the waist would do. I agree the waist is tight for your right size. I bought M but arriving in a S. I tried it on and it fits. I can deal with bit tight waist.
