The strap broke after 3 hours of wear. The glue just came undone where the strap is connected to the shoe.

Disappointed
I bought these in both gold and pink.. they’re both going back. I normally wear 9-9.5, bought the 9.5 and they’re just a little too big.. simultaneously, the toe straps are painful. The shoes are just uncomfortable.. period.

I purchased the Silver Ellissa Strappy sandal to wear to a wedding. Tried it on twice the second time the strap broke. I purchased another one just like it and wore it to the wedding and less than 30 minutes. The strap broke on that one. They are really cute but defective and poor quality.
