I was sent with a pair with different sizes right shoe was 6.5 and the other was 7.5. You should have checked before delivery. The soles were dirty. There's a loose thread too. Aesthetically it looks good, but the leather feels cheap. Nordstrom rack customer bot support is useless.

I am very unhappy. These cause black marks everytime I walk on my floors.

Comfortable and cute but when you step into them they get wider on the sides, cheaply made. Returned them

This review is for Nordstrom Rack. They sent me a used pair that is heavily creased and had a bunch of hair and debris stuck to the bottom of the shoes on the adhesive where the price tag was previously ripped off of which is gross. I’m returning it immediately. On the other hand, the shoes itself runs small as it was tight. I wanted to love it but they were clearly used.

As soon as I put on the shoes, I noticed the left shoe fit perfect and was very comfortable. However, the right shoe kept squeaking when I walked. I thought it would pass, but it's been over a month, and it hasn't gotten any better. I looked at the shoe and noticed the back of the insole was lifting due to improper adhering to the sole. I bought these shoes for work just to squeak all over the office.

I love these loafers. I purchased them in the burgundy color last year and they required no break-in. They are comfortable and have structure and a good sole and heel. I wish they came in suede and many more colors.
