Michaela Mary Jane Flat (Women)

I wanted to love these shoes. They are so comfortable, and I received so many compliments when I wore them to work today. After wearing them one day, the silver on the toes is significantly rubbed off leaving splotchy matte, light gray patches. This is not the quality I would expect from this brand. Very disappointed.

SHIPPING: Received fairly quickly packaged in a box with another pair of shoes I ordered. Wrapped in plastic no original packaging or box. It was safe enough not to be ruined. ITEM: This is a cute Mary Jane ballet flat in my favorite color RED! The color is perfect. The material is a very soft and thin leather. Very lightweight. I found the buckle strap to be easy to use. The color is a funny gold color. Classy style with small details that set them apart. SIZE: I ordered my traditional size 9.5. When I first put them on I felt that they were a half size too large but after wearing around the house for a short time I may have jumped the gun on that thought. My concern is that they may stretch and then that will not look good or be comfortable but we will see. I am able to get on and off without unbuckling. ****Be safe and order your regular size. COMFORT: I have not worn these yet but things of note. There is absolutely no arch support this is a flat through and through. I will be adding an insert. The material is nice and soft next to the skin. I do not feel any pinching or discomfort while wearing around the house. I was concerned about slippage in the back but that concern was deemed unwarranted. SIDE NOTE: I have seen reports about scuffing and such on these cute shoes. I can see that being a problem based on the material. I am going to do my best to treat the leather before wearing to see if it helps any. A girl can hope.

This pair is soooo cute! Love the silver shining and the outsole. Since the size 7 for Felicia ballet is small to me, I go for size 7.5 for this one. Guess what, it’s big to me now. Gladly my feet are thick so the space makes sure the front part won’t leave ligatures on my feet. For cold days in autumn, I can also wear thick socks to keep me warm and wear this beautiful pair as well! Will try size 7 in the future but will keep my size 7.5. I also noticed the silver can be flaking after few wears, but I’m ready to welcome that day since I can use alcohol to remove all silver and get a white one for free.
