Color is perfect for fall, like a brown grey. Buckles add a touch of fancy. I've purchased many DV shoes over many years and this is the first and only pair that was way too narrow. There's also not much cushion in these but still would've kept them if not for the narrow fit. I'd say if you have narrower feet than most, go for it!
