Love my burgundy loafers!
I love these loafers. I purchased them in the burgundy color last year and they required no break-in. They are comfortable and have structure and a good sole and heel. I wish they came in suede and many more colors.

Wrong size delivered and poor quality
I was sent with a pair with different sizes right shoe was 6.5 and the other was 7.5. You should have checked before delivery. The soles were dirty. There's a loose thread too. Aesthetically it looks good, but the leather feels cheap. Nordstrom rack customer bot support is useless.
