Worst online experience ever
Ordered men's size 11 three times got women's size 11 every time. Someone needs to teach their associates how to check sizes. Just a horrible experience and very Leary of ordering anything ever again from Nordstrom Rack.

Wrong shoe
I ordered this twice shoe for my dad for his birthday. Both times he was sent the women’s shoe when I ordered the men’s. The first time it was returned in the store he was told that Nordstrom Rack absolutely sent the wrong shoe so when they did it again was beyond frustrating!!
