Not as pictured
I, too, as the other reviewer mentioned, I received the pendant with a hammered finish instead of smooth surface pictured online which I thought I was buying and which I would ve liked better. I don t find this acceptable and I am confused as of why or how this could happen. It is a waste of my time now to go to the store and return it.

Not Correct Item As Pictured
I ordered this plain pendant and received the same pendant, but with a hammered finish. It was nice, but not what I was looking for. I'm going to try again, but the online agent I spoke to was very honest in saying it may happen again. There doesn't seem to be a good way within the company to investigate this and avoid wasting customer time and money.
