How to use: Apply Cils Booster XL from roots to tips of eyelashes, but do not wait until dry before coating lashes with mascara. Apply Définicils Mascara holding the wand horizontally and applying from root to tip. Apply eyeliner directly onto the lash line. Get as close to the lash line as possible on both top and bottom lashes. For a smoky effect, hold the smudger side of your pencil vertically and feather up.
