The soothing formula is ideal for use on sensitive skin as it won't irritate the delicate skin around your eyes.
How to use: Shake to activate the bi-phase formula. Saturate a cotton pad with Bi-Facil and gently apply to the eye area. To effortlessly correct mistakes when applying makeup, apply Bi-Facil to a cotton pad.

Too oily. Contains Fragrance
I'm glad I tried this on my hand first before I used it on my eyes. Far too oily! Once again, Lancome discontinued the one and only Eye Makeup Remover I could tolerate from this line of cosmetics..Efficil. A loyal customer for over 40 years has been forced to find another skincare line.

Gently removes waterproof makeup
This is literally the best eye makeup remover on the market. It removes any and all waterproof cosmetics, including lipstick. The only downside is that the glue comes loose in the cardboard lining the cap, and if you take that out, it will leak.

I've used this product for many years and it is the absolute EASIEST makeup remove there is. No pulling or stretching, just a light rub with the product for #residue #removal. I follow this up with a wipe from clean, dry cotton, then again with a wet towel as I do not want any residual in my eye but if you do get some it is super #gentle, no #irritation. No wrinkles from this - 5-Star product, highly recommend!
