Very effective eye makeup remover
This Neutrogena stuff is exactly what they named this product because of its very gentle yet highly recommended ingredients for the skin after cleansing makeup products off. This is definitely a we'll loved goodie in my cosmetics cabinet. It doesn't strip your skin at all it just basically helps breakdown stubborn makeup products for a clean and fresh face. It is really good at removing all kinds of makeup products after full day wear of makeup and it's sold at a lot of places so an extra plus for it being accessible easily and I think it's an affordable option if your into double cleansing after wearing makeup or if you just wanna try it out I'd say do it.

Not acceptable...
I will never buy another neutrogena product agaIN after purchasing the eye makeup remover. There is no seal at all on it or under the cap so not sure what is in it. Any person can open it and fill it with acid or anything and us unsuspecting customers can have life long injuries. This is just not acceptable for a huge company like Kenvue or soon to be Kimberly clark. Buyers need to be very aware.....

My favorite so far!
It's gentle on sensitive skin without stinging or burning. it leaves our skin feeling moisturized without any greasiness. It’s true to the title as it’s very gentle, yet powerful and effectively cleanses my skin and even easily removes waterproof makeup. It’s super gentle, never stings, never causes irritation, and best of all, it doesn’t leave my eyes blurry like some other removers do. Works!
I like that this doesn’t leave my face super oily. I don’t need to saturate a cotton ball, just a few dabs works to get even the toughest mascara off.
