They aren't even close to high rise, they are mid rise. They sit 2 inches below the belly button. Extremely unflattering. The length is nice and the fabric is nice but it's not wearable with the weird rise.

fits very well, color comes off
I bought two Joe’s jeans recently, both fit very well, I like them a lot. However, both colors come off when you wash them. My other jeans never have such problems.
