Was looking for a work bag and really wanted to like this. However, if tall items aren't in your bag then the top part doesn't hold its shape. Loved all the pockets but things that made be return were the darker than pictured color, lack of padding in the crossbody strap and not having a padded pocket for iPad/lapmat. Shame because it is cute and a good size but just not all the features I needed.
