Long strap is the problem
Is a big and beautiful bag but not for the NYC day to day rush.
The bag on top is not a zipper but magnetic and while carrying a full bag it opens.
The long straps are not put on the right area.
Items spill out the bag.
Bag is good only if you are using the top handle.
