Great quality, small tweaks
The quality of this bag is solid. Smooth enough zippers, plenty of pockets and storage space, easy clean, and slick minimal look that suits work. Also, LOVE the hidden phone compartment that’s easy to reach and there’s plenty of room for a large-sized laptop.
However, with my 15” MacBook, the weight can be somewhat uncomfortable with the thin strap. The strap isn’t in danger of breaking, but I do wish there was some padding for the shoulder. Padding is slightly thin for the handles as well, but these are the only small tweaks I would make. The quality of this bag is much nicer than what you would find at other major retailers for the same price so I’d say I’m satisfied!
