Kepley Cora Pointed Toe Pump

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent order. Upon opening the package, I discovered the shoes sent to me were clearly used, dirty, and showed obvious signs of wear from a previous customer. I expect new, pristine items when shopping with Nordstrom Rack, and this experience is unacceptable. I wish I could upload more photos but I'm having trouble converting them to the right size.

The pair is adorable, but it appears to have been previously worn. The insoles were faded, and the outsoles were dirty/discolored, suggesting the shoes had been worn once or twice before being shipped to me. While I got them on sale, I do not recall the product listing indicating that they were used. Had that been disclosed, I would not have purchased them.

These will be my new faves for dressing! I’m going to need to pad the ball of the foot as well as the heels but that’s not unusual for me (a sz 9.75 wood fit just right). Anyway, the shoes are adorable, there are mesh type vents on the sides which are nice. The pointed toe is just right and sheesh, Clark’s for under $50?! Yes, please!
