Never Ordering from Nordstrom Rack Again
I received the wrong item in a random shoe box without a lid. The item was also shipped in a bag and not a box. The shoes were scuffed and marked up, dirty on the inside, and had store barcode stickers on the leather and inside the soles that left a sticky reside when removed. The savings was not worth this hassle and experience to return. Customer service was great, but returning by mail is always questionable,
