Unesta Pointed Toe Pump (Women)

I have always had slightly wider feet, regardless of how thin I was - not so wide that I ordered wide width; just wide enough that some shoes are too snug . Typically, the toe box is really narrow and that's why I specifically avoid pointed toes. These shoes however fit very well in the toe box and the overall width (which means they're probably too wide for someone with average to thinner feet. However, the length of the left shoe is too long so, it slips off my heel, which is not a problem I typically have with my chubby tootsies and I have definitely never noticed a difference in how my right vs. left shoe fits though I know one is typically a bit different. This was made all the more sad because I had already compromised on buying shoes that weren't genuine leather. I know there is a trend to go with manmade materials but I will be loyal to genuine leather forever without apology. My feet tend to get overly warm and sweat in faux materials and faux leather does not last the way genuine leather does. These have actually been squeaky the first day of use because the material needs to stretch . . . I made the compromise because I am very partial to a 2.75 - 3.00 inch block heel with an almond toe but that is soooo hard to find these days and I really liked the look of these shoes. Unfortunately, the slippage is more than I can bear so Goodwill will be the beneficiary of my mistake.
