adorable but comfort wasnt there

I was in love with these shoes. Was excited to wear them to work, dinner, and out with friends. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were not as comfortable as I had hoped for. Back of shoe was digging into the back of my ankle. I tried to break them in but they wouldn’t soften. Disappointed :(
