Ugg already falling apart.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these booties for 2 weeks and the zipper pull has already come apart and the zipper gets stuck. Also not made for people with a high instep. Hopefully I can get them stretched. 😢

Nice boots
These boots are very stylish and beautiful. It's the zippers. They are a pain. There is a leather tab that has to be lined up as well as your sock. It's virtually impossible to get them both right. I'm going to try slipping them on without unzipping them.

Not a good fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved the look and the fit was great but the way the leather comes up on the ankle bones just having on a few minutes and I had cuts into both my ankles - even with band-aids they are simply not a pair that are wearable. I was so sad and had to return.
