I am all for fashion over comfort and will put up with A LOT for a cute shoe. These did not hit the mark on either - in person, the leather and heel is very poor quality. They are incredibly stiff and as others have said, the cut is a bit awkward on the ankle. But even getting passed that, I thought I'd give them a second cjhance as I wanted them for an event (price was low enought to warant a good photo opp). So, I tried them on again and this time, walked about 15 feet to my bedroom mirror and LITERALLY have never felt so much discomfort! These boots are toturous. Don't do it. And sadly, I am finding that manufacturing has gotten so poor in quality I may no longer be able to trust second market platforms like Nordstrom Rack which used to be my go-to for great designer deals. Hope this helps someone out there and I'm not just being wildly negative. If you read this, have a great day!

very cute!
They look great on, but there’s a little too much room in the heel. They still felt comfortable, however I would have preferred to try a 1/2 size down. Since it’s sold out I will return these cute, comfy boots.

Very stylish but the boot runs big
I tend to be between a 7 1/2 to and 8 with a narrow foot but I tried both sizes mentioned above and still fits big. I ordered a size 7 hopefully that will be the perfect fit because I do desire to keep them, the height is perfect and the boot is not stiff.

looks a bit large
I agree with another customer’s review that while they fit, this style is too wide at top and it looked weird on me. I wanted to love them because I think they’re so cute, I just didn’t love how they look on me.
