Regy Western Boot (Women)

I am not really into western wear, but these boots are perfect! Just a touch of western and extremely classy looking. The color is perfect. I need another pair of boots like I need a hole in my head, but I can’t help it. I’m keeping these! Also very comfortable I usually half size up in boots so I can wear thicker socks, 8 fit me perfect.

I snagged these boots in the dark taupe in a size 10 wide calf hoping they would fit perfectly and they do! I have athletic calves and there is some room to spare but they don’t slouch or flop around. I have high arches and the heel height is surprisingly comfortable and easy to walk in. Also the uppers are waterproof, which was a nice surprise. Northeast winters are freezing, so I love to see tall boots back in style and will get a lot of wear out of these!

I love everything about these boots EXCEPT a very big thing - the black suede is distressed in the toe and heel. At first I thought maybe there was a defect in the pair I got but if you look closely at the picture you you can see it. I have no idea why they would be made this way because they are otherwise a great fit and look. So bummed. but they will be returned and my quest for awesome boots continues. On a side note, they are great if you tend to have a narrow calf.
